Small group workshops using art/craft materials and focussing on self-care and wellbeing. The guided art making activities foster connections between participants, promote team building, creative thinking and assist with stress and anxiety reduction. Activities are positively focussed and perfect for gaining new perspectives and exploring solutions to obstacles getting in the way of a fulfilling life.
